Enhanced features and sounds for the industry standard sample workstation

The new SampleTank 2.1 comes with an enlarged 2 DVD sound set, over 1700 sounds and significantly upgraded and enhanced application features.

2 GB of additional samples and loops from every style and category have been added to the remastered original library of SampleTank 2 XL. The expanded 2 DVD sound set has been tailored to work specifically with the newly expanded STRETCH and PS/TS synth (Pitch Shift/Time Stretch) engines to add more creative control over the samples.

SampleTank 2.1 now works both as a standalone and as a plug-in application, so it can be used for both composing/producing and LIVE situations without the need for a host application.

Major new additions have been made to the synth engines and editing controls of SampleTank 2.1. The enhanced STRETCH™ engine now comes with separate algorithms for multi-sampled note and phrase sounds and additional timbral control features. The Pitch-Shift/Time-Stretch engine has been improved. It now includes grain control for better compatibility with a wider range of sounds. New Range controls allow for the creation of complex 16 part splits and layers, Also, Syncable LFOs, 16 assignable stereo outputs and more are just some of the new editing and routing features included!

SampleTank 2.1 XL has an MSRP of $499/€419 and SampleTank 2.1 L has an MSRP of $299/€249. All SampleTank LE/SE and previous SampleTank 1.0 customers can upgrade to the new SampleTank 2.1XL for $299/€249 or the new SampleTank 2.1 L for $199/€169.

All SampleTank 2.0 L/XL customers will receive a free downloadable update to SampleTank 2.1's application. Also, SampleTank 2.0 XL customers who registered after January 20th, 2005 are eligible for a free upgrade to the new DVDs of sounds by simply filling out an online form.
